that the photo of Delay was not a genuine "mug shot," but a prepared 8X10 glossy that Delay provided to the police. The woman whom I heard discussing this on AAR tonight seemed to know that it was not the real thing. She was from Texas and said that in Texas anyone who is indicted has to go through the entire routine. But she added, "Evidently Delay got special treatment." None of the typically humiliating scenes, by pre-arrangement.:puke:
