cuz he and his lawyer found out that Harris County doesn't use a number plate in the picture, a profile view, or the height scale behind the criminal. So we have county mugshot shopping *and* judge shopping. Hopefully next up will be "federal prison" shopping...

his mugshot to others on the Harris County most-wanted website. The only discernible shadows in Tommy's ultra-illuminated photo are the ones in his soulless eyes.

Other than that, his pic looks like the headshot of a superannuated chorus boy hoping to be cast in a roadshow production of "La Cage aux Folles".
