Since DU is all abuzz over the indictments and the Rapture and whatever else, I thought I'd see if the people over at FR were quaking in their boots or what.

Turns out they're in a state of denial (or at least, they're shutting up and praying).

With the possible exception of the FEMA overpayment investigation, most of this is heads-in-the-sand stuff. "Saddam Hussein: The Videogame" and "Clinton promised pro-abortion judges", "Air America ratings in last place". Puh-leeze!

What's significant is what's NOT here. Specifically:
- Indictments/Fitzgerald investigation
- Hurricanes Katrina/Wilma/Rita
- Earthquake and rescue in Pakistan
- Tom Delay
and so forth, and so on....
