to damn happy in my opinion...i have seen a lot of people booked on tv and a few in real life, they never smile...they look like crap (usually)...maybe Tom popped some happy pills before "turning" himself in...to bad, the cops didn't bust his damn door down, when the warrant was put out for him, if i was on warrant, and the cops knew were i was, i would be busted/booked in an hour, if not less...
