Miers-about purging records-noticed the other day in

looking online at records that Mier's brother has several DWI convictions. But Miers brother being a possible drunk isn't the issue-it's that the records were altered to put a different zip code and the name of the street (same as Miers home in Dallas) was altered, so that it made it more difficult to find.

I've wondered about Bush's records in Texas-remember reading a while back that he got a new driver's license number at one point-did that happen when Miers was his attorney? Is it legal to purge driver license records or do they still exist, but altered so that they difficult to find?

Not doubting you at all. This type of think is SOP for the bush**bots. But still, I'm the type that needs to see the stuff before I think the worst.

Maybe the brother was so drunk he screwed up his address. And his behavior isn't crazy Harriett's fault anyway. I'm sure as hell not responsible for my ex-druggie drunk brother's shennanigans.

We've all got relatives that do embarrassing things. If you don't, then look in the mirror because YOU are probably that relative. The Carters had Billy, the Clintons had Hugh and the Bush family have George W.

it's the fact that the records concerning him and his address were not correct. Was it accidental or were they purposely altered in order to spare Miers emabarrassment?

Harriet Miers family is:

Sister: Catherine Elizabeth Wood Miers

An Elizabeth Miers was found at the same address as Harriet Miers in Dallas (not going to put the address here). She is Harriet's niece, daughter of Robert Lee Miers.

Without putting the address here, let's say that the address is two words and on HIS record they have been conflated into one word and the zip code was altered in a significant digit.

Again, it's NOT the fact that he is possibly a brother with an alcohol problem, it just got me to wondering, since his address was altered, could that have been done with Bush's DL record?
