24. Like he said ....
he was elected to do a job. A little background music can't stop such a man.

3. They would have to drag him
kicking and screaming and throwing a temper tantrum and calling for daddy to get him out of office before 2008.

5. I don't think so
I believe we are dealing with a genuine sociopath who has no conscience and does not give a **** about anything. He has no regrets, so how can he feel touched by the pangs of the need to set things right? I don't think he'd quit to even save his sorry behind. He views the presidency as his throne and he'll never give it up because he regards it as his birthright from his daddy and the court.

This is a man who is profoundly incapable of caring or regretting in any serious, in-depth form.

He will not go until they drag him away in chains.

20. He will not go until they drag him away in chains.
Actually, I'm hoping that is what happens.

They would have to televise it, wouldn't they? I really, really want to see him in chains.

12. Bush
Unless someone (I don't know who) offers him complete immunity if he resigns now. God only knows what all he's done . . . such a deal might be tempting to Bush.

I suppose we may get to see Rove and Libby fired instead of resigned, if * wants to make a show of cleaning house. But I doubt it.

15. Remember last summer when the President
was walking with Rove at the white house? Bet you won't see him within a 100 miles of that group now. That's politics for ya, in the end, it is only your own ass that you can try to save. The Republican Mantra-everyone is on their own... I see now why that is their mantra, they practice it often....

21. Yeap, he'll hang on even if the Republican leadership asks him...
to resign. He'll probably even refuse to leave if he's impeached and convicted by the Senate. This criminal will have to be dragged out, kicking and screaming.

23. I think he intends to hang around for the rest of his life.
He most definitely wouldn't leave office before 2008 in any way other than being forcibly (as in physically) removed.
