He was asked why he wanted the judge to recuse himself and he said because of what Moveon.org has on their web site against Delay. He then said, "I suggest you go to Moveon.org's web site and read it for yourself. It's something EVEN JOUNALISTS CAN UNDERSTAND." Ruh Roh! Bad move to piss off journalists by insulting them???

21. yes i heard it ..and turned my volumne up because i wasn't sure at first

what i was hearing and yes it had to be protestors..then i watched all the eyes of the people around the lawyer speaking and they all had their eyes affixed to the same area...and a gal behind the lawyer made a funny face...like of disgust...i always watch the eyes of the people behind the speakers...says volumns...there must have been quite a few protestors because it got very loud..and they sang 2 different songs...

i have been of 5 juries( 2 times as alternate)the judges in those cases would have held him in contempt for laughing,.i can think of one such judge in particular...

what a jerk that asshole is...let him laugh and i assure you a jury who is loosing work time and pay ..and giving their time to do this serious civil job ..will not take his laughing sitting down...
