1. Why is it only a problem if DeLay has a judge who's given to Democrats?

So if DeLay is able to weasel himself a judge who's contributed to Republicans, that's *NOT* a conflict of interest? Who'll be able to make the judge recuse himself then?

what was being sung/chanted in the background when Delay's lawyer was talking to the press? It sounded like it was against Delay but I can't tell.
