another Repub double standard?
Let me get this straight.....

Delay wants the Judge in his case removed because the Judge contributed to MoveOn.com because, allegedly, it means that the Judge won't be able to separate his personal beliefs from the legal issues. Right?

BUT

Harriet Miers contributes to a "Right-to-Life" organization, attends a banquet but the WH maintains that it doesn't matter because she can still maintain her objectivity on Roe v. Wade.


A good friend once told me, "Consistancy has never been a hard-line in politics." Boyoboyoboy was he right.
