THEORY: The Intelligent Designer is so complex that there is no way |
|
that the Intelligent Designer could have sprung into being on his/her/its own, thus the Theory of an Intelligent Designer Designer.

1. That theory is far too complex to have come up on its own... |
|
There must be a Designer of Intelligent Designer Designer.

that designed your theory of a designer of the intelligent designer designer. Theoretically.

4. I like to refer to it as the 'Super-Smart Alien' theory |
|
because if it wasn't God that created life on earth, and there is no evolution, then it must've been a super-smart alien, right?!
I like your hypothesis though - is it testable?!

The intelligent designer was brought into being by the Flying Spaghetti Monster. This is the meta-pastafarian conjecture. See source documents, Google "meta-pastafarian".

you can fit the infinite expansion into a finite space. :-)
Does this mean the Intelligent Designer must be smaller and simpler than its creation?

(mine anyhow :))to think of how all this might have come about. But I find it even more boggling to think how it could have happened by 'accident'. I beleive in evolution, but did that start by chance too? The more experience I have on this planet, the more I find myself agreeing with Iris Dement and the song "I'll just let the mystery be" But whether intellegent design or evolution we still got stuck with pResident Shit for Brains, front man for the most corrupt, thieivng group of white collar criminals ever assembled at one time in one place........

The infinite eventually curves back on itself.
Thus, the Intelligent Designer was designed by the Intelligent Designer.
Now that's messed up logic ;)

28. Anthropomorphism fallacy |
|
Naturally, barring any sharing of notes with alien intelligence, there is a circular bias that tends to color all our science, much less our religion. But anyone believing in a transcendent God above the Universe so much it can sustained and brought into being from nothing is pouring an ocean into a seashell to use the suspiciously human model of "intelligence"(single super brain, single volition, one individual) and get simplistic and limited about the concept.
But their theory is embarrassing to any deity worth its salt or any super alien and assigns a sort of inane stupidity worthy perhaps of SOME human brains but totally incapable of even bringing out the single Universe we see at the moment.
Life and universal dynamics have mysteriously seeming lot in common and a trajectory that is not brutally materialistic but all attempts to box the Big Truths so far are rather immature or airily meaningless. This is sad considering they ignore the ONE anthropomorphic point of view that Christianity contributes- on faith alone- that is the incarnation of the deity. Oh no, forget that. Let's get back to the old man with a beard stomping around Eden worrying about the fruit trees and man's reliability. Childish and oddly forgetful of the soul entity that faith allows to escape the anthropomorphic fallacy. Why? Because Jesus wouldn't presume or be bothered with cosmic grandstanding and certainly wouldn't waste a second championing this curriculum oddity as anything important- or sane.
These naive/dishonest people are best put down by theologians, but as in any other profession no one likes to attack their own at the cost of drawing fire upon themselves.

34. I'd like to teach Intelligent Design |
|
I already have my lesson plan:
:Goodmorning boys and girls. The theory of Intelligent Design states that a being far superior to us created the universe. Any questions? No? Okay. Study your notes tonight; there will be a test tomorrow."
And that's it. See, what's the big deal? It would only take less than a minute to teach it in any science class. What's the harm in that? O8)
