On Delay's Request For a New Judge:
I find it really ironic that Good Old Boy Texas Tom has gone out Judge Shopping on the basis of the Judge contributing to MoveOn.ORG. & they have put out T-shirts with Texas Tom's picture on them.

As Earle says that means that any Judge who has contributed to Crime Stoppers can not preside over a burglary trial.

I thought Repukes did not like Judge shopping or Venue Shopping.

Well anyway, leads me up to this. Where the hell do I find or get my Texas Tom T-shirt?

2. Well if a Dem can't be the judge because of bias, why would Republican
be any less biased as a judge? Just Delay might like that bias a little more.

4. If he's innocent, why would he judge shop?
I think the man is guilty and I can't wait to hear that verdict!!!
