I can think of two incredibly sad facts about Bushevik Indictments
1) Our nation allowed traitors to take control for nearly five years now, predicated on a nonsense ruling by the SCOTUS which explicitly can never be used as precedence in any other case.

2) The good Doctor, Hunter S. Thomson, did not live to see the day.

:cry:
:cry:

1. 2000 election recount violated "Equal Protection"
The joke is that every case involving Equal Protection Rehnquist tried, he would throw out Equal Protection complaints even with well-documented evidence if there was no proof that the action was intentional. Certainly the Florida recount process was not an attempt to discriminate against anyone and so by Rehnquist logic their case is invalid.

2. Hunter didn't live to see Katrina either
very likely the deterioration of America before his eyes aggravated his depression

3. 3) Even after Plame breaks, we are still screwed....they will
continue to manipulate the public, using Syria as a way to justify their actions vis a vis Iraq;
The courts will be loaded with RW religious nuts....and California's "parental notification" bill has the seeds of a "fetus is a person" so abortion is murder case and god knows what is going on in NH.

The public will continue to be abused long after Bushco is gone....if they are ever really gone. The Democratic Party doesn't seem to have any idea of who it is or who it is beholden to.
