ABC & KWTX: Liberal Group (Moveon) Denies Selling DeLay T-Shirts
Edited on Fri Oct-21-05 06:09 PM by BigBearJohn
MoveOn.org said Friday it is not selling T-shirts bearing the mug shot of former U.S. House Majority Leader Tom DeLay of Sugarland.

DeLay’s attorney, Dick Deguerin, told a judge in Austin during a hearing Friday morning that the group, to which the judge has contributed money, was selling the T-shirts

In a statement, MoveOn.org says that DeLay's lawyer was wrong about the T-shirt.

“We’re not surprised that DeLay and his lawyer Dick DeGuerin are making things up,” the group said.

“We’re not selling t-shirts. DeGuerin has either bad information or lied in court.”

ABC-TV

AUSTIN, Texas A liberal political group denies it's been selling T-shirts bearing the likeness of Tom DeLay's mug shot.
In an Austin courtroom today, DeLay's attorney said MoveOn-dot-org has been selling such a T-shirt as he asked the judge to recuse himself. Attorney Dick DeGuerin (deh-GEHR'-in) of Houston says state District Judge Bob Perkins has donated money to MoveOn-dot-org.

Perkins replied that he's neither seen nor bought such a T-shirt, and that the last time he contributed to MoveOn-dot-org was before last year's election. He says that's when they were mostly helping Democratic presidential nominee John Kerry.

In a statement, MoveOn-dot-org says that DeLay's lawyer "has either bad information or lied in court."

It's a blog that covers all the latest scandals from Tom DeLay.

Link ----> http://dailydelay.blogspot.com/

Then were where I got the email telling me they had a T-Shirt fundraiser going on.

They are being sold by http://www.pcactionfund.org

Here's the email...

Pre-order your own t-shirt with Tom DeLay's mug shot, when leaked.

Visit the DeLay Rankings to see how close your member of Congress is to Tom DeLay.

Read the latest news about DeLay at our blog, The Daily DeLay, where you can see the actual arrest warrant.

If DeLay's defense didn't know the difference, well, he deserves them. :D

7. Am I missing something here? So what if t-shirts are being sold
on every corner street in America with the little weazel's face on them? Does he want a cut or what?
