3. Take the "alleged" and STUFF IT!
Not you, StefanX; I mean the bloody media who insist on "allege" for a mainstream highly credible Australian news agency EMBEDDED REPORTER'S VIDEO...but we NEVER EVER heard "ALLEGED MUSHROOM CLOUDS" now did we!

5. Whats the big deal?

7. Perhaps the word honor rings hollow with you
but there is a way to respectfully treat the dead even the dead of the enemy. There is no honor in Rummy's military. He doesn't even honor the troops.

9. Since when do we care how we look to the rest of the world?
Very little in the last four years.

We helped write rules against this very behavior. Now it's the "they've done the same or worse" or "Why do you hate America?", defense/offense. Rules apply to others, but not us.

Do you have even a crumb of common sense to ask, "Does this help or hurt the US?"

Is our stock going up with this "offensive" and "despicable" treatment of corpses?

====

Associated Press Television News pictures showed one man beating a charred corpse with a metal pole. Others tied a yellow rope to a body, hooked it to a car and dragged it down the main street of town. Two blackened and mangled corpses were hung from the green, iron bridge spanning the Euphrates River.

"The people of Fallujah hung some of the bodies on the old bridge like slaughtered sheep," resident Abdul Aziz Mohammed said. Some corpses were dismembered, he said.

The White House blamed terrorists and remnants of Saddam Hussein's former regime for the "horrific attacks" on the American contractors.

"It is offensive, it is despicable the way these individuals have been treated," White House press secretary Scott McClellan said.
