Supposedly, he may first put out the announcement of the indictments there. I feel so dirty for hitting F5 like.....20 times in a row. :)

3. I do not expect an announcement either way until

October 27. The longer Fitzgerald waits, the better the chance that someone additional decides to turn government witness, the more time to plea bargain and the more information he can get. Isn't that how you would conduct yourself if you were in his situation? It is important that he get every bit of cooperation and information he can before he brings the indictments.

Not because of the sensible reasons you state here but because, as I have stated in other threads recently, I had a dream that I was in an airport when I heard the news...I will be in one on October 27th...my next travel date......
