He has no professional experience trying to appeal to a group like this. He has been so unsuccessful at it that his boss’s job approval rating with African Americans is now 2%, which, factoring in the margin of error, could actually be zero. To make matters statistically and demographically much worse for Rove and Scooter Libby, only 12 of the 23 grand jurors have to agree to indict them.

Are you assuming that the composition of the jury somehow weighs in favor of indictment because of the GJ makeup? Well why not hand the other side a racist talking point!!! Let's hope the jury will do its duty based on the facts presented to them and hope that is the ONLY basis for their decision!!

30. Racial prejudice is not the issue that I was trying to high lite.

The point is that recent polls show that this demographic group (Afro Americans) currently thinks that bush stinks. I was trying to celebrate the fact that DC is very, very far from the red state "heartland" that chimp fooled into supporting him. For progressives, this drama could not have a better stage to be played out on.
BTW, why would anyone (except wingnuts) think that this jury would do anything other than consider the facts as they are presented?
