4. DeGuerin has his head up his ass...
DeLay should seek not only a new judge but a new lawyer as well. He doesn't have a clue.

6. Beware the red herring.
What MoveOn does or doesn't sell on it's web site has nothing to do with Delay's trial, the trial judge, the jury, or any other aspect of the legal process of the case.

7. It only does because De Lay's attorney raised the issue with the judge
as the reason why the judge should recuse himself. He supposedly gave MoveOn a donation during the election. Ed Schultz had one of the people from MoveOn.org on his show today. They never made t-shirts of DeLay and scoffed at his insinuations about the judge's integrity based on donating to MoveOn. The first thing out of DeLay's lawyer's mouth in court is a lie. Pathetic.

It was nothing more than a rightwing attempt to suggest DeLay isn't going to get a fair trial because scary lefties are on a witch hunt against him when in reality the facts will speak for themselves. This is an open and shut case. He's guilty and it isn't going to be hard to prove.

9. It was only used to illustrate the judge's bias against Delay
in that the judge allegedly supports an organization (MOVEON) that sells t-shirts that humiliate the image of Tom Dalay
