Looks like those on FR have finally decided to get the REAL facts on Plame
Edited on Fri Oct-21-05 08:19 PM by Quixote1818
As Emerson once said: "Everyone learns Geology the day after the Earthquake hits." Looks like a few on FR have decided to get the facts and learn the real "geology" of the Plame case.

Is the post below not the perfect example of why the Right is so misinformed about everything? They listen ONLY to Rush and Hannity who constantly send them off on wild goose chases and then when they are confronted with reality they FINALLY start to actually look for an unbiased opinion. I think most of us here on DU have used a broad variety of liberal and independent news sources to get our information on Plame and all issues.

Where can I find a brief summary on the exact points of this Plame case? It is such a tangled mess. An unbiased opinion would be great - Thanks

1. Wow, a Freeper wanting to know the facts and not rhetoric.
Now that the jig's up, what the hell.

Off topic, but I just heard Katherine Harris talk about Jeb's "Culture of preparedness" referring to his preparations for Wilma.

My ears are bleeding.

3. Florida has a huge population, big bucks and it's a prime
battleground state. Their is no way in hell the Republicans are going to let anything happen in Florida especially last year leading up to the election.

I am just glad Hurricanes cant hit poverty stricken New Mexico as Bush would probably take a month to send help here.

4. When dawn finally breaks...
....what can you say? You can't say you feel sorry for them, because of all that their hate and stupidity has allowed to happen. But when they finally do figure it out ...

....that would be like having a picture of the spouse you thought was faithful caught in the act with sombody else handed to you at Thanksgiving dinner. Or something.

8. And I've been told I wear a tinfoil hat!
"With the CIA constantly being on the wrong side of the facts Valerie began to worry that hher job was in jeopardy. So she found a rich diplomat (Joe Wilson) to support her. Joe then made her cover useless by marrying her so she got a paper pushing job at Langley. In retaliation for cutbacks at the CIA They sent Wilson on a foreign mnission which he screwed up as planned. Then they planted a company phone directory in Novak's office. When Novak found that valerie had been an agent they sprung the trap blaming it on Rove. The rest is history (cia-style)." :tinfoilhat:

9. They say the simplest explanation for a set of facts is probably true --
and I have never heard a more convoluted explanation than that little gem you brought over from Freeperville.

10. I left the typos in, so you would know it was a real freeper quote.
I have to admit that it made a little more sense after my 4th shot!

11. There is not enought liquor in the world for me to imagine Wilson planting
a CIA directory in Novak's office.

Although I got a real good laugh out of the concept.

15. I don't know about FR, but
a lot of Americans are going to run into a brick wall and find their illusions shattered on the pavement of truth. Then our private hell of being the only ones that know what has been going on will be over.
