Does anyone know, if there are indictments (please, please), if the

accused will be be taken in handcuffs to spend a couple of hours in the pokey waiting for a bail hearing, or would it be like Tom Delay getting to turn himself in at a later date? I know this is a different court system, so I wondered if things are different in this venue. I apologize if this has already been discussed.
