you know my wife and I lived in the inner city and we voted in 2004, we stood in line with afro-americans for over 2 hours, because there wasn't enough voting machines in afro-american areas. My mother who lives in the burbs was done voting 15 minutes with no wait and no line. BTW, we are a white couple, our son was the only white kid in his school. He was the third highest grade earner in the school. I don't think they were blown up, they were neglected. Why were they neglected? Well, that is the real question! However, it is very understandable that some, especially African-Americans, would think the government sabotaged the levees.
