Franken is on here (taped) 3PM to 6PM. I really don't have any problems with listening to Franken taped.

But to answer your question, I'm not in the radio business, but "drive time" is the $$$ time so they try to put the biggest audience pullers on then - even if it has to be taped.

2. Because they are not AAR stations - they are progressive radio stations.

Since AAR isn't the only game in progressive talk (as it is called), the stations mix & match as they see fit. They are trying to optimize ratings...
