Guess what -- the operative interpretation of the Constitution, handed down initially in 1973 and again during the Clinton administration, is that a sitting president may not be indicted.

And that's probably only the first of a zillion things wrong with Flocco's story.

12. As I understand, once upon a time, a long long time ago, Flocco

was a well respected journalist..maybe that's is PR I'm recalling, but so many of his recent articles have been further out there than left field, and all riddled with basic inaccuracies. Take for instance his article on Barbara Olson being arrested recently. If you recall, Barbara Olson was supposed to have perished in the Pentagon attack on 9/11. He had her being arrested at the Austrian/ Polish border. Austria and Poland Do Not Share a border. He also said she was found with counterfeit Liras... First of all, the proper name of the currency is Lire, and to top that, Italy now uses the Euro.

This is not unlike his first article about indictments being handed down for Bush and Cheney and sealed. He said the grand jury was in Chicago. Gong, gong, gong...the grand jury is in Washington, DC.....

I remember reading some of the early conspiracies about 9-11 & the 3 guys who kept getting emailed to me were Flocco, Ruppert & Kyle Hence. Of them, only the latter appears to have retained any sanity.

He actually had some decent stuff last year with Sibel Edmonds that was truthful because he actually was there and talked to her. This is just making shit up. (and yeah the NYT did that too..but that's not an excuse...lol!)

I don't mind speculation, rumour and even "conspiracy sites" but this is the most important story of our times and he's making up crap!
