5. I'm no lawyer, but if this were my case, I'd want to control the releases

like this, too. That way, the spin doctors can't touch it. It also keeps the media (and I use that term loosely) can't mess around with them, either. He's making sure that the indictments are sourced properly, and that the media can't bury or ignore them.

He's letting the blogosphere have them, first.

This is great. The B*** crime family can stop the media, but not this site.

had set up the site that the announcements would come through this web site. Said Fitzgerald preferred to make his announcements this way in the past.
