3. the ONLY way that would happen is if someone threw it out as a last

ditch effort to keep from being charged...and the only people that would have a way to PROVE it would be underlings in various states, mainly ohio, and Rove probably organized it.
I don't think they're going to give up the diebold express. They're planning long term with those cooked machines, and I think none of them want to give that up.
