Something that keeps showing up every once in a while is
talk from Washington about investigations into and filing criminal charges against hospital and nursing home staff, not for physically abandoning patients but for failing to keep them alive without power, clean water, and food.

Seems logical to me that if they files charges against the hospital and nursing staff, they should also file the same charges against Brown and Chertoff, at the very least.
