Considering the history of attacks on journalists in Iraq, I am guessing that the "insurgents" that set-off the bombs are not dissimilar to the British soldiers that were dressed up in Iraqi garb in the south......

Perfect timing considering that the results of the Iraqi elections is imminent.

Is the Palestine in/near the Green Zone? Isn't that the same hotel where a US tank killed a journalist when Baghdad fell?

4. This Is One Video They Can't Hide

There's one very big explosion that was caught dead on camera and is being played over and over again. Sure looks like those Happy Iraqis don't want us to forget them any time soon.

Most our corporate media hides inside the Green Zone and we only hear second-hand about these attacks. I sense "the insurgents" have decided we get a closer look.

a journalist in the hotel was being interviewed on TV when the explosions hit and said in a somewhat panicked voice "i have to go" ... that was the end of the interview ...
