Raw Story: On Ed Schultz just said there will be at least 12 or more
indictments! I didn't catch the guys name, but when Ed introduced him, he said he's from Raw Story.

He said there will be at leaset 12 indictments and maybe more! It's a LONG LIST of names!

Ed said we're going to have to set up an "Indictment Chanel"!

1. 12 different people indicted?
Or simply 12 indictments? I could see Rove and Libby indicted for more than one thing.

11. That's a good point.
Rove and Libby may be buried up to their neck in them. A this point, I'd take a Capone-style tax evasion indictment myself. I don't care. Just stop them.

24. One can be charged with several crimes under a single indictment,
I believe. The implication is that 12 people will be indicted.

2. 12 people
Or do some people have multiple indictments?

19. I think it's indict one person, but multiple counts
is how it goes, so 12 indictments would be 12 people but there may be multiple counts on each indictment.

22. I think Fitz' will try to get multiple indictments and multiple counts
on each person. That way he has a chance of getting each person on at least one conviction.

My original thought was 2 indictments each to Rove and Libby and a perjury charge to Miller.

8. Randi's on AAR
not Ed. Randi is saying that Bush is so whacked out, he should step down because he's really incapacitated. Someone said Bush looked like "the lion in winter" and Randi said, "More like a gerbil...."

15. Depends on which AAR affiliate you are listening to.
If you are listening on XM, then Ed is no longer a part of the AAR broadcast lineup. If you listen to my local AM station, ED is still there.

The AM stations can pick what ever they like to play and some stations think Ed will sell easier to the MW folks.

33. Mine too. They replaced Sam
and Janeanne with him on my AM Air America station, so I turn the radio off at that time unless I'm in my car and then I have to listen to him. He's not so bad, but his Middle American values don't appeal to me that much.

affiliates also - it is called Progressive Talk. They also have Stephanie Miller on in the Morning instead of Springer.

34. Ed often shows up on AAR affiliates, but his show is actually sponsored
by a completely different network, the "Jones Network", if memory serves (and it often doesn't). So, he can be on a station that doesn't carry AAR.

On my radio station, Ed is 12 to 3, and Randi is tape delayed until 3. Randi's on the website now.

13. The guy said "12 indictments". But then he said....
it's a very long list of people!

I tried to get that info in my OP.

He also mentioned that Wurmser(sp) guy who was Cheney's assistant on Middle Eastern matters.

I'm sorry, I told you everything he said on the show! Don't get mad at me!

42. Indictments are issued against individuals
and contain the charges against the person indicted. This likely means 12 Chimpco tools are going to get nailed. I suspect that many will be looking at multiple counts.

50. That's what I think
I guess we can only dream Bush* will be among them. How about for at least making false statements. I know he was interviewed not under oath, so perhaps that charge of making false statements pertains if one lies when not giving sworn testimony. Cheney, as well. But Cheney is also a part of the conspiracy. We know he attended some of the meetings of the WHIG.
