I don't have a link. Just heard it on ed Schultz Show a minutet ago.

The guest began by saying how good of a prosecutor Fitz is, and then he asked Ed..."Guess who's the lead prosecutor on the Ken Lay trial that is scduled to begin in January?"

The answer...Patrick Fitzgerald!!!!

4. It'd typical for prosecutors to handle more than one case at time
at all levels of the court system.

5. I thought that too, but big trials, like the Enron one, usually talk quite
a while to get going. I also know that prosecutors always have many cases all at one time. They just schedule things with the judges to make it work.

3. Wow - if it's Fitz, Kenny Boy's in trouble. No more room in the bunker:

I don't think those other guys are going to open the bunker door for Kenny Boy.

6. Nope, he sure is NOT prosecuting Lay
Here's the indictment:

He was indicted in the District Court of Southern Texas.

The U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Texas is Chuck Rosenberg.
