Story Fades into Oblivion?
Interesting how the MSM is now sidestepping the story about the Palestine-Sheraton Hotel bombing in Baghdad. What was splashy breaking news is now relegated to the also-ran section. Is this because the majority of people killed were people on the street--most probably locals or is it because the MSM does not want to give the insurgents publicity? Or is it because MSM thinks we really care about Britney's baby's pictures?

In my mind, the cable TV leads with whatever has the best pictures and easiest interviews. Today, it goes:

Hurricane Wilma

Bagdad Explosion (there are some doozy videos out there)

Leak investigation
