The truth is that EVERYONE in bushco was involved in Plamegate, including Bolton, Sleeza, Cheney and the rest of them. When the indictments finally come down, the Rs will launch the "this is ridiculous" defense! "We could see one or two people, or low-level staffers, but everybody? How will the gov operate? You're indicting Bolton? What about the UN? Do you really think people who have been fully vetted by the Senate confirmation process could have done such a thing? People's lives are at stake here. The whole thing is so overblown and ridiculous that it just all needs to go away."

"Republican cover your ass" bill passed on February 5, 2001. That law states, and I quote... "any law(s) that may have pertained to Democrats involving perjury, conspiracy and/or obstruction of justice are hereby null and void for the term(s) of any Republican President, his cabinet, advisers and really great pals who think he's the most brilliant man they've ever met".
I'm surprised no one here remembers that bill being discussed and voted upon, the MSM made quite a big deal out of it. They talked of nothing else for weeks prior. :shrug:
