4. In order of liklihood, the potential charges

1) Perjury - should be lots of these.
2) Obstruction of Justice - Just about every perjurer will also be indicted for this.
3) Conspiracy - I expect this to be nearly as common as perjury and obstruction.
4) Revealing the identity of a covert operative - unlike the pundits, I believe this will be out there and several will be charged with it, specifically Hannah and Wurmser, but also those who revealed her identity to them. I expect Bolton and Cheney to be indicted for this.
5) Espionage - another one I don't think many people are expecting, but I expect Cheney, Bolton, Rove, Libby, Hadley, and potentially a few others to be charged with this.
6) Treason - highly unlikely. I only mention it because of DUer expectations. I sincerely do not think anybody will be charged with treason any longer. The bar is too high and you accomplish the same thing with the espionage charge.
