Was it Cheney who revealed the name to Libby or was the name
revealed in Cheney's presence? Than after that, did Cheney order her name to be leaked to a special group of journalists?

I want to see the names of the "special group of journalists" so as to know who this administration thinks they can rely on to carry their water. We know three: Novak and Miller and Cooper. Who were the others?

3. Doesn't help him not to testify under oath...
thou shalt not lie to a federal investigator. Ask Martha Stewart or Bill Clinton.

4. Is it still not purgury? If I remember right, Martha Stewart was
convicted for lying to the FBI. Was she under oath?

I'm not sure about this, but I'm sure I read somewhere, it's either purgury or obstruction if you lie to a Fed officer, as in FBI, Congress, or SPECIAL PROSECUTOR!

Maybe someone who is a better legal scholar than will know.

"Mr. Cheney was interviewed under oath by Mr. Fitzgerald last year. It is not known what the vice president told Mr. Fitzgerald about the conversation with Mr. Libby or when Mr. Fitzgerald first learned of it
