Newest Wingnut Talking Point: Shrub Is OVER!1 |
|
Here's the Wingnut deal:
They say, Shrub can't RUN again, he's OVER, --------SO, you can't TALK ABOUT HIM anymore.
So what we've got here is that:
1) We couldn't talk about Shrub in 1999 because we were PICKING ON HIM.
2) We couldn't talk about Shrub 2001-2005 because it was CLINTON's FAULT.
3) Now, THREE-FUCKING-YEARS while it's STILL HIS WATCH, we can't FUCKING TALK about him because HE'S OVER.
When CAN we talk about the FUCKER???!!!

6. He's an elected dictator. |
|
You can't criticize him except during an election.
During an election, criticism is "just politics".
Answer: never, if you are a proto fascist.
But if you live in a constitutional democracy, even if Bush isn't running again, his lack of competence/evil means must be debated in order to convince Congress to nail his goddamn feet to the floor and remove all his descretion. Every bill that Bush has to enforce is an opportunity for him to fuck up or do mischief. So every issue, every bill has to take that into account and be specfically tailored to keep him leashed.
Of course, any freeper who wants to argue that Bush should be just allowed to do what he wants can argue for that, argue that the fuckup can't be stopped, no matter how badly he does.

7. After he resigns we can talk about him to them |
|
And every fuckin one of 'em will deny they voted for him. I can remember in the 70's when all my dipshit relatives bragged about voting for nixon until he was revealed as a crook and had to resign and they denied ever even hearing of him. In fact you will have a hard time finding anybody who ever voted for nixon even though he got electd twice. I predict bush will become a national joke as the days pass and he departs the scene.
