So we're going to know Delay's fate tommorow??
Sorry I am way late to the party been trying to keep up but for the last week I had to take my news in 5 second soundbites do to remodeling a room and trying to put this damn computer together.


So what's going on tommorow if anything? I know who Fizt and Ronnie are btw, just who is gonna get nailed and will we know anything tommorow?

1. He's got a hearing about whether there will be a change of judges.
I don't know when that will take place.

If DeLay can get a judge ditched for being a Democrat, then we know the junta, the coup d'etat in Texas is complete.

4. I don't think that he will get a new judge. It would be a bad
precedent to set; plus the case is too politically charged and too visible for the Rethug judge to make a change. Furthermore, DeLay's attny gave more money to the Dems than this judge DeLay is facing.
