This has HUGE implications!!! Because that means they knew they were outing a CIA officer!!

I know the law that they were looking at.........the original reason for the investigation, that law is difficult to prove because of the way it is written. But I think it says that, in order for that law to be used in this case, the leaker would have to know the person is CIA and they also have to have the intent of doing them harm!!

It sounds to me like Fitz just may have some solid evidence for the original crime!!!
