So, Repukes...

With all of Bush's "tools in the fight against terror", like torture, indefinite detention without charges, destruction of the Constitution and our freedom via the Patriot Act, secret courts, unlawful searches and seizures, spying on what library books we read, etc..

Why hasn't the terror president prosecuted and CONVICTED one single terrorist? Why have they let go many of the "dangerous" terrorists at GitMo? Why hasn't he caught the Anthrax mailer? Why hasn't Jose Padilla been tried and convicted with all your "tools" Why is Jose Padilla about to be released a free man? Why hasn't Moussaui been convicted? I'll tell you why. Because Bush and his cronies are incompetent FOOLS.

Here's Fitzgerald's Record:

Fitzgerald's 161-attorney office is busy on other fronts as well. Chicago Mayor Richard Daley was questioned in his City Hall office for two hours in August in connection with an ongoing scandal involving alleged violations of a 40-year-old court order that bars most political patronage in Chicago. And Fitzgerald's office also is looking into fundraising for the campaigns of Ryan's successor, Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich, a Democrat.

He has also brought terrorism-related cases in Chicago. In one case, the executive director of the Benevolence International Fund was sentenced to 11 years in prison for allegedly diverting donations to terrorists in Bosnia and Chechnya. In another, he indicted Muhammad Hamid Khalil Salah, a fundraiser for the Islamic militant group Hamas.

As head of the New York U.S. attorney office's task force on organized crime and terrorism in the 1990s, Fitzgerald prosecuted and won convictions against those responsible for the 1993 World Trade Center truck bombings,Sheik Omar Abdel-Rahman, the 1998 bombings of U.S. embassies in Kenya and Tanzania, and of John Gambino, a leader of the Gambino crime family, on a host of charges.
He even indicted Osama bin Laden who, of course, remains at large

So when you attack Fitzgerald for prosecuting the Criminals in the Bush Administration, you're providing aid and comfort to Al-Qaeda. Bush is the best thing that ever happened to Al-Qaeda.
Officials: al-Zarqawi has expanded terror network to 40 nations

By The Associated Press

10/23/05 -- WASHINGTON (AP) — U.S. intelligence officials say Abu Musab al-Zarqawi has expanded his terrorism campaign in Iraq to extremists in two dozen terror groups scattered across almost 40 countries, creating a network that rivals Osama bin Laden’s.

3. I was just thinking about that last night....
There have been no convictions, no trials, just torture down at Gitmo and in Iraq and Afghanistan. Fitz even indicted Osama Bin Laden! He probably knows everything there is to know about Bin Laden, and maybe that is one reason he is after these fools who suddenly decided Iraq was responsible for 9/11.

4. I've been wondering why our side hasn't pushed this
part of his bio. The man really is a modern-day Eliot Ness, a real crime-fighter with real results. He's fought terrorists and won!
