10. Is a Brazilian more or less than a Peruvian?

On a more serious note though, people need to pay an appropriate amount of attention to this situation without coming unglued over it. I'm not saying it's not a big deal; but we are running a marathon not a sprint. It's best not to give ourselves heart attacks at this point.

9. I think the long, long string of let-downs and defeats has finally
Edited on Tue Oct-25-05 09:43 AM by expatriot
worn me down. For some reason, I haven't gotten my expectations up too much about this. I just have had too many "this is going to stick... this's GOTTA stick" moments only to be let down in the past.

But now I am starting to build up the expectation that I will be pleasantly surprised. :)

11. I have the twitch, too
And mild butterflies in my tummy whenever I really think about it

:freak:

I am wavering between intense-manic-giddiness and totally-distracted-ditziness.

Oh, here comes the twitch. Today it seems to be in my right eyelid, although yesterday it was under my left eye

I drink lots of good coffee most days and I am fine, but if I am on a road trip and I have 3 gas station coffees throughout the day I get the twitch...

I hadn't thought about it being Fitzmas-eve related, but maybe you're on to something.

13. Nothing, because I am expecting the worst.
IE ~ another big, major letdown.

I'm nervous that so many here are expecting the entire WH staff and misAdministration to walk the plank, and will be in for a HUGE crash and burn when it doesn't happen.

Even if there are indictments, they BFEE Crime Cabal will grease a few judges (in one way or another) and 98% of them will slink away to carry on their dirty deeds out of the public eye.

JMHO ~

16. Well my house is totally trashed,
I have eaten fast food for almost a whole week, I stay in my pajamas, I chain smoke, nuke old coffee because I don't want to take the time to grind the beans, have my children's copy of the Night Before Christmas on my desk, screen all phone calls and answer for emergencies only, have google news opened up on another screen with Patrick Fitzgerald in the search which I incessantly hit refresh every 10 minutes or so, sleep for three hours at a time, go back and forth from GD to LBN like a a hampster on a wheel, keep shaking magic eight ball (also on desk) and asking if it is time yet.

24. Oh man.... you got it REAL bad...
you need to refinish furniture... it's painstakingly tedious, and keeps your nervous energy under control. Plus, your hands are busy so you might smoke less.. (coming from a smoker.. it helps me a lot)....

Please at least make fresh coffee... no one deserves old nuked coffee... spoil yourself!

27. I just printed out a Merry Fitzmas bumper sticker,
plastered in on my back window and I'm cruising down to the post office in a few minutes.

It's bright red outlined in green. Very festive.
