Note to China for when they invade us: |
|
Edited on Tue Oct-25-05 12:01 PM by noahmijo
Dear China,
As we all know you're quickly becoming the next superpower in no small part thanks to * weakening what was once the most powerful country in the world. Also your own labor practices can't take much of a backseat but that's another story.
If you and Russia do indeed take the opportunity to invade the US now that our military is stretched far too thin to defend us due to the fact that we're now fighting wars in Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria and Iran then I just ask one thing.
Please let us bestow justice on our so called leaders that allowed this to happen. C'mon we'll save you the trouble of courts and all that useless nonsense, these bastards didn't give anyone else a fair trial so why should they have one?
Secondly unlike your own people you should be warned that Americans won't go without a fight and although you may get the freepers to bow to your rule (submitting to authority is what they do for a hobby-What's Chinese for "Torrie?") the closest you'll ever get to enslaving progressives is to keep making us buy products made in China.
Enjoy your stay in our beautiful country, at first some might be inclined to greet you as liberators but after awhile we will eventually take a cue from the Iraqi's and start an insurgency, and trust me we can be more irritating than the Russians if we really want to be.
PS Would you mind taking this fingertrap off of me? it's getting a bit tight. Thanks
~Humble Servant Noahchi #12873
(OKAY PEOPLE ARE ACTUALLY RESPONDING SERIOUSLY TO THIS. IT'S A JOKE. CHINA ALREADY OWNS THE US THROUGH OUR DEBT AND CONSUMERISM THEY WOULD NEVER INVADE US)

If they wanted to bring the US to its knees, all they'd have to do is call in our debt to them.

5. Who Has China Invaded in the Last 500 Years? |
|
The country still has pretty much the same territory.
The US, on the other hand....

Also went in a clash with Vietnam in the late 70s I want to say, but didn't go as well as they were hoping.

19. Tibet Was a Proud Part of the Chinese Empire 500 Years Ago |

unlike any of the United States, for that matter.
The border skirmishes with Vietnam I don't really understand. But China did not attempt to invade or annex Vietnam. Same with the border skirmishes with India in the 50s.
China might conceivably attack Taiwan (although I don't think they will). Imagining they will invade the US is, to me, ridiculous.

I dunno maybe it's me but although there lots of progressives here in Tucson, your common Democrat in Tucson strikes me as someone who would be considered a moderate Republican in a thickly blue state like NY or MASS.

Common Dems in Tucson often vote for people like Bob Walkup too. You are right on that one, they are quite Conservative.

The only left of center politician I can think of in Arizona is Gov Napolitano if you don't count County Attorney Barbara LaWall who unfortunately probably won't be elected next term.

I know the Daily Star was hammering her, but I don't read it much anymore.
Nina Trasoff is a good woman. I did a little analyst work for her when she ran for ACC last year. I hope she can beat Rondstadt. Can't stand that guy.

hard about it last I checked about a month ago.
Nina is really cool, whenever I get the chance to meet her she gives me a hug :)
Rondstadt is a jerk. Meeting that tightass was not someone I remember very fondly back when I worked in the downtown area.

8. Why would the Chinese invade their own country? |
|
That scenario would be like the US invading Hawaii. China and Saudi Arabia already own the US. The political struggle now is to determine who is going to become landed nobility, villeins, and serfs in the new feudal structure led by our foreign overlords.

Why invade? It'll just interrupt our ability to work for them, and it means a bunch of responsibilities, fighting, etc.
Being the creditor is enough.
