As we mourn the 2,000 US dead, let us not forget the tens of thousands of Iraqis who have been killed in this war by the US military and others. This war has been a disaster for humankind, and it must end. We will commit ourselves to doing all that is humanly possible to resist a war based on lies and greed and injustice.

Let us commit ourselves to confront any politician, of any political party, that does not call for an end to this immoral, insane war. Let there be no qualifications, we demand our troops home now!

Honor those GI's who have refused orders to continue this war. May their ranks grow.
