But to seat another grand jury would require the Attorney General to do so, naming a second Special Counsel.
I'd say that a snowball stands a better chance in the Sahara at noon.

As long as it pertains to the Plame investigation. Remember Fitzgerald has ALL the authority of the Attorney General in this case.
