And here is a link to a DUer's cartoons. They remind me a bit of "Sin City" and he says that was his inspiration. If anyone can post the cartoon...please do. :)

8. hee hee! Poor Harriet!
The cartoonists are having a field day with her. But I can't feel too sorry for her. Didn't she sort of pick herself for this nomination?

11. Thanks, Glenda...
all good, but the last is my favorite. Rosa Parks, a true patriot, and an inspiration to us all. RIP Rosa Parks...you have done more for our country than any other person alive today.

16. The one with Poor little idiot George as a door-to-door salesman
really tickled me. Bush really is clueless and crazy.

Wow. It still freaks me out all over again every time I think of that.

The man in the White house is nuts. Wow.

20. Thanks for the toons-always a highlight of my week
The last one with Rosa Parks is probably my favorite, but the one with chimp as a door-to-door salesman and the lady running for her life with her hair standing straight up is a portrait of me since 2000. Just when you think the bar can't get any lower, they manage to surpass expectations.
