It's more than demonstrable that the info given the nation to go to Iraq was WRONG...
It's more than demonstrable that they KNEW it was wrong...
sounds like a case to me...

If you are referring to the Clinton Paula Jones suit, the principle it established was that Clinton could be sued for a private wrong against Paula Jones he did before becoming president.
But the doctrine of sovereign immunity prevents lawsuits against the president or other officials for things they do in their official capacity.
