On Edit (again): Raw Story has taken the story down, it did say: Sources: LIBBY INDICTED. It looks like they may have jumped the gun.

Drudge is saying that a reporter for ABC News told the White House Libby had been indicted. But ABC did not run with the story on World News Tonight, and the White House believes they were bluffing.

ABC is denying it (it looks like Drudge may have been the original (only) source) and in any case, others are reporting (guessing?) that Libby has flipped and ratted out Cheney (based only on the pattern of leaks as far as I can tell).
