I'd like to see the domino effect go to work ...
The extent of the culture of corruption is essentially a cancer on society ... the good ol'boy 'mindset' and network is extensive throughout society and its institutions ... be it government, corporate media, think tanks, board rooms, corporate religion, corporate america, etc. Be it a CEO or a talking head.
How sad is the State of Affairs when it is common to wonder: Who will be the next victim of the criminal dawn.
Pseudo-leadership is widespread. I've encountered it on the job level first hand. Abusing others and mismanagement is considered 'leadership' while lining the pockets along the way. Retribution and retaliation are common. Corporate visions and values are no different than those orwellian boards behind Smirk declaring Clear Skies.
My last supervisor on his way out: "Well, at least, I made a lot of money." That's all that mattered. The destruction in the wake mattered none. No shame, no sorrow. No sense of community. No sense of fairness. No sense of honesty. As fraud as Smirk. They move on, but not down.
The ideals of civic duty, service and responsibility need a big helping hand.
I'd like to see all those propping up and enabling this illegitimate administration (in any degree) ... not only those who face indictment .... 'retired' from power and position.
Let the dominoes fall. Smirk doesn't know how right he is when he says you're either with us or against us.
I suspect there are many mopping their brow, but so many will escape any wave of justice. Hopefully, the message will be clear and strong enough to have serious behavior modification.
It's long overdue. Watergate and Iran-Contra didn't resolve anything. It's only gotten worse.
The tide almost changed via the nature of our system, but the crooks hijacked our destiny with their multiple coups. Appears that something of the magnitude of these major indictments ... seismic ... a breath-taking scale ... may be just what this country needs in order to re-set and reclaim our destiny.
There is no pendulum when our democratic system is Cheneyed, Diebolded and Bu$hwhacked.
AFAIC there hasn't been much of any progress in decades. Right turn on red is nice, but that's hardly a major stride in sustaining us.
The wrong people are in positions of authority and power. These pseudo-leaders have failed our country and its people.
It's time for that tide to change. It's time to recover that torch assassinated on the Plains of the 1960s ... It's time to bring the Ship of State home to safe harbor ...
The time is now or never, imho.
I'll take dominoes for Fitzmas.

edited to correct a word; and to add the following which prefaced Bobby Kennedy's book, To Seek a Newer World
"The nobility of our calling will always be rooted in two commitments difficult to observe: refusal to lie about what we know, and resistance to oppression." - Albert Camus
"The lights begin to twinkle from the rocks; The long day wanes, the low moon climbs; the deep Moans round with many voices. Come, my friends, 'Tis not too late to seek a newer world." -Alfred, Lord Tennyson, "Ulysses"
