If Bill Clinton is, as the conservatives claim, the MOST corrupt President in the history of this country, why is it that after years of intense investigation by Ken Starr, the most the Repukes could hang on him was a "technicality?" (Kay Baily Hutchison's words, not mine :))
And, why is it that they have such a selective memory when it comes to Nixon and his henchman, Kissinger, putting Augusto Pinochet into power? You know him. He was that dude who was every bit as evil as that other dude....whatshisname....oh, yeah....Saddam Hussein. Why isn't Nixon the most corrupt president, EVAH?

after Iran-Contra, when people started to get a whiff of how evil the Bullsh Crime Family really is.
They wanted to take down whomever beat Poppy Bush after his "3rd term"; Clinton just happened to be there.

anything they accuse us of you can be sure that is what they are doing. The most outrageous of this was some freak Representative about a month before last year's election I saw on CSPAN - he was ranting about how the Dems were collecting money to fight the election outcome That the Dems couldn't win at the polls so they had to win in the courts - after I stopped laughing myself silly I called his office and asked the person answering the phone if her boss was freaking insane!!!!?

14. Let us look at the COST and RESULTS of these investigations |
|
CLINTON: $40+ mil, and few halfassed blow jobs at the end of the day.
MONKEY: $1 mil over two years, a compromised covert CIA asset, a war, 2,000 dead...and we shall see.

21. OMG! I remember having conversations with my parents when |
|
King George I was running for President and them trying to convince me he knew nothing about Iran/Contra. I remember telling them that, as the former head of the CIA, he sure as shit knew about Iran/Contra. But, if by some miracle, he didn't know, then he is as dumb as a bag of hammers and shouldn't be elected!

to wherever they are feeling it is their birth right as in money equals monarchy; like 'the next most reasonable thing to do' being who they are and all that. no particular expertise in it just, you know, maybe running HUD, or the veterans admin is beneath their calling so it's all 'head of the cia/president of the known world' and stuff like that. but i'm with you = dumb as a bag of wet mice imo

23. You answered your own question my friend |
|
Selective memory. Also, Clinton lied about SEX oh dear Jesus. They say Clinton was the most corrupt because in their sick little heads he was. Clinton set their evil little plans back some years so that makes him corrupt. They didn't plan on Clinton coming along and charming the American people. Clinton's approval rating was too high so rigging an election was out of the question. The only pawn they had left was character assassination. Now Regan, well he was baby jesus so anything he did was justified.
They are the epitome of hypocrisy and they justify it by claiming the moral high ground while wrapping themselves in the flag. Of course Du'ers know this but the GOP lemmings are keeping busy these days. There are gays to disenfranchise and white babies to save. They don't have time for pesky little facts and right and wrong.

|
IF he wasn't so hamstrung by the Repukes hatred of him and all the investigations? I hear some of the talking heads speak of Rove being "distracted" and I want to throw the remote through the television! If Rove is "distracted," imagine how Clinton must have felt. After all, Rove isn't the Presid....oh wait. I take that back.
