Somrhow even if we have indictments, not knowing who said what to whom, etc will be sort of a letdown.

2. My guess would be that he will make a public statement

with names and charges. And then he will refer everyone with questions to the newly created web site to actually see and read the documents. I think he will post all the public documents online to save a mad rush at the courthouse.
