on this? Someone like Graham must have been aware that this put the lie to the need for immediate use of force? Why the hell wasn't he railing about it on the senate floor all the way up to the authorization vote?

but was in a touchy position of not being able to say what he actually knew because it was classified. That's my guess anyway.

I'm defending him because I have known him for over 35 years and his integrity is (to me at least) beyond question.
