They are two different guys writing fiction pieces about the Plame affair and posting them on the net as news pieces. Lots of trouble because of them because people believe them and then everybody has to debunk them.

8. No. The Plame Grand Jury is in DC.
Fitz has a Grand Jury or two in Chicago investigating the Mayor and his gang, as well as the Dem Governor of Illinois. He's the US Attorney for Illinois separately from his role as independent prosecutor.

9. yes, I believe Special Counsels investigating the Executive Branch
are licensed in DC. It's where the crime happened, after all. given that this is the jurisdiction that the supoena matter took place, I guess that seals it. I know the Grand Jury is empaneled in DC proper.
