5. Ok. If he can spell "plausible deniability" let's give it to him.
Nah. He's top gun in this pack of liars and the buck stops at the president's desk.

What this idiot doesn't seem to realize is that HE is the pResident! HE gave the order to go to war. If he doesn't know anything, then HE allowed his entire administration to decieve him and jeopardize national security. HE did nothing to investigate the outing of a CIA agent, or the falsified intelligence on Iraq, or the intelligence failure on 9/11. As a matter of fact, HE promoted most of the people that have failed miserably. Claiming not to know anything about anything is not acceptable - HE is supposed to be in charge and everything his administration does is HIS responsibility!

At worst, it's treason. At best, it's dereliction of duty. Either way, the buck stops with him.

Hi *,

You're busted *, you're oh so busted.

Everybody knows that you've known about the leak for over two years. Remember when you said that you'd look for the leaker and when you found him he would no longer be work for your administration? (Or was it Simple Scotty who said that--no matter.) This was quite a big deal in July, 2003. That's when you and Scotty had to answer all those embarassing questions about it. Remember?

Well *, now you're busted. Because for two years you've been a bad boy, haven't you? This thing blew up in your face that July and you had to do what all good crooks do, you tried to hide it. You see, the people you were looking for were the very people all around you. Rove, Libby, Cheney, Condi, Karen, Mary (yes, that's Carville's wife), and Hadley. Then there's Hannah, Wurmser, and Powell. Your closest confidents; the closest people to you. All you had to do was walk across the hall. Any hall, they were *all* involved. So it strains credulity that you didn't know what really happened and who did it. And now, Fitzgerald's got you by the short hairs. He knows it all.

You're the President. It's your job to know what's going on in your own White House. And we're gonna hold you to your job. I know, I know. It's hard work, isn't it. Too bad you won't get a chance to finish. Don't worry. Think of it this way. Now you'll be able to take some more vacations.

I'd be careful where I travelled if I were you. There's Fitzgeralds all over the place. I'm sure you'll just be happy enough to stay in Crawford. Cindy? Oh, I'm sure she'll understand. Just keep hidin' there in Crawford. Cindy and all those other people won't pester you as long as you stay on your ranch.

And when Fitzgerald gets around to you, you can take another vacation. It's a nice place, near Levenworth, KS. That is if the folks in Europe or other "countries" don't invite you to take a long vacation with them first. Oh, those pesky Geneva accords.

Nice chatting with you, *.

12. Didn't he cover-up the crime though?
When the leak first became know he went on National TV and told everyone he did not know who leaked the name, that he would do everything he could to find out who did it and then fire the person responsible. Just a couple of days ago wasn't there an article in the Times or the Post about him being very upset with Cheney TWO years ago because of the ham-handed way he handled it? If that's the case, hasn't he had a hand in covering up the crime from the very moment it was uncovered? Someone who knows a little more about the law, please explain this to me.
