2. Bernie Ward ROCKS !!
This may sound insane, but I have often listened to Malloy from 7pm to 10pm (pst), then Bernie Ward from 10pm to 1am, then "mean man" Ray Taliafaro from 1am to 4am. Ray follows Bernie on KGO.

That's 9 hours of talk radio! LOL.

Usually, I bail on Ray by 2am, though I wish I could stay up and listen to his whole gig!!

4. Ray Taliafero *invented* talk radio
And, by the way, that's quite a lineup.

Mike Malloy -- Fire-breathing liberal.
Bernie Ward -- The Lion of the Left
Ray Taliafero -- Four more hours of fire-breathin'

I love those guys.

Live in SoCal. Listen to Ray on my Sony shortwave w/ earbuds so I don't wake Mrs. Longship.

3. That's the toughest choice of the day
I spend 24/7 listening to progressive (intelligent) radio and this time slot is the most conflicted. I bounce back and forth between Basham, Bernie, and Webb. Who'd a thunk a few years ago that we would be torn between which progressive voice we had to listen to?

I'll count my blessings and say Merry Fitzmas to all and to all a good night. Be sure and thank Father Fitzmas for giving us so much hope. Since benburch can't archive Bernie theae days, I'll have to set up another pc to record the show.

7. KGO shows are archived for 24 hours
They still don't do podcasting. But you can stream any broadcast from the previous 24 hours.
